Suggested Use
For best results, slowly dissolve one lozenge on the tongue and swallow, 1-2 times a day. Do not exceed more than four lozenges per day.

The best time to take BLIS K12™ is at night. We recommend after your usual dental routine, the last thing before bed that you let 1-2 lozenges dissolve slowly on the tongue before swallowing*. You can take it during the day too – but try to wait 20 minutes before having anything to eat or drink after taking BLIS K12™*.
Keep out of reach of children unless under adult supervision. Recommended for ages 3 and over.
